How to order:

Click on the 'Add to Cart/Buy' buttons to enter your choice into your shopping cart.
This will take you to your shopping cart. You can then choose 'Continue Shopping' which will take you back to the store, 'Update Cart' to amend/remove items or 'Checkout' to pay for your goods.
Before you check out you need to select a delivery method which determines the delivery charge.
Click on 'Checkout' when you are ready to place your order.
Enter your details and choose your payment method.
Once your order has been received we will send a confirmation email. (Please ensure you input your email address when ordering otherwise you will not receive your confirmation email).



Payment

The www.nailtechdirect.co.uk website is owned by Scatter Crystals Ltd. Any payments made will show on your bank receipts as paid to Scatter Crystals Ltd.

Pay instantly using all major debit/credit cards via our Protx Secure site.
We also accept payments via Paypal or Nochex, Cheques, UK Postal Orders and UK Bank Transfers (BACS).
If payment is not made within two weeks from the date of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled to enable us to put the goods back into stock.
All goods remain the property of Scatter Crystals Ltd until full payment has been received for the goods ordered.
We only post within the United Kingdom, our prices are in £GBP (Great British Pounds).




VAT (Value added Tax)

VAT of 17.5% is charged on all orders and will be automatically added at the checkout process.



Delivery:

99% of what we stock is 'In Stock' and will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated on item description).
If paying by cheque, goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.
We will contact you if any items ordered and paid for are found to be not in stock . We can either back order the goods or issue a refund.
We only deliver within the United Kingdom.

Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday to guarantee delivery for the following working day. Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 12pm will be delivered on the following Monday. (Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday).

Goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL depending on the chosen delivery option and the value/contents of the package.

Returns:

We offer a 7 day cooling off period on the condition that: The goods have not been used, purposely damaged or tampered with in any way.
You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the return and the item must be returned with 14 days.
The safe return of the item is your responsibility.
Once the item has been received and we are happy that it hasn't been tampered with, we will issue a refund. Please note: The refund is for the cost of the goods only, not the delivery charges.
Any goods found to be faulty/damaged can be returned for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. You must contact us within 7 days to advise us of the fault/damage. No returns will be accepted if you do not contact us within this time. The faulty/damaged item must be returned to us before we can issue a refund.
